Cancellation and refunds
By completing and submitting this registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the conference and you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. The cancelation registration form of an event must be sent in writing via email. Registration cancellations received up to 60 days or more prior to conference will receive a full refund, less a $120 handling fee. Registration cancellations received between 30 and 60 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations 30 days or less prior to the conference dates; however a substitute delegate may be nominated.
